Any Time is the Right Time is a proprietary Strathmore Wheatland Addictions Team program. This short presentation is designed to ease parents (or other caregivers) into broaching the subject of substance abuse, either as a preventative measure in the early years or as a reactive measure for those youth currently actively involved in substance abuse. This program is recommended as a pre-requisite to the Kids and Drugs program.
